Hello, my name is Sara!
I attended my first yoga class in March of 2016. Afterwards, yoga quickly became an integral part of my life. I practiced at least three times a week, and because I couldn't get enough, I signed up for my Yoga Teacher Training with Jenna Switzer at PranaShanti in June 2017.
Yoga is my journey towards mental, physical, and emotional well-being. I step onto my mat with an intention to de-clutter my mind, reconnect with my breath, and empower my body. And when I step off the mat, I feel confident, capable, and connected.
The best thing about yoga is that it is accessible to all ages, shapes, and sizes. It is also not limited to physical movement, so it can be practiced anywhere, and at any time. In fact, if you take a looong deep inhale right now, that is yoga!
